Hello. I’m JeongMin Lee, a developer.

_Mentoring at a hackathon

I can't just let inconveniences slide. When I spot something repetitive, I automate it. When there's a better way, I build it myself.

I love staying up all night at hackathons building something new, sharing my experience as a mentor, and learning as a mentee. I believe you gain far more from sharing and growing together than from excelling alone.

I think you need to be a good person to have good people around you. So I'm always working on that — and I'd rather be someone who moves proactively than someone who waits passively.

These days, I enjoy running — it helps me organize my thoughts and I find fulfillment in watching myself grow. Starting with running, I want to slowly add swimming and cycling, one by one, and eventually challenge myself with a triathlon.

Running has a lot in common with writing code. Maintain your pace, don't overdo it, but never give up. I'm learning with my body that consistency is what makes the biggest difference.
